Deeli's Honey Mustard Pork Tenderloins
You can use fine dried bread crumbs in place of the tempura batter in a pinch. Slice tenderloin in to 8 pieces. Combine the honey, mustard, one tablespoon of the olive oil, lemon juice, salt and pepper in a large bowl or a resealable food storage bag.

Beef and Rice Skillet
Lightly brown meat in margarine in large skillet. Season with 1 teaspoon salt and the pepper. Meanwhile, thinly slice onion and green pepper; add to skillet.

Jiffy Cornbread Crusted Chicken
I found a recipe for chicken using Jiffy cornbread mix for the crust. I printed it off and now I can't find it and I can't find it on the site. Hope someone can help me find it again. Thanks.

Beef Supper
Melt shortening in large skillet. Cook and stir meat and onion until meat is brown and onion is tender. Add water; heat to boiling. Reduce heat, cover and simmer 50 minutes.

Ham Loaf
Form all meat loaf ingredients into loaf pan. Bake at 350 degrees F for 30 minutes to 1 hour.

Veal in Sour Cream
Brown veal cutlets in butter, place in covered dish. Mix flour to smooth paste with 3 Tbsp. water in frying pan. Slowly add seasoning and cream, stirring constantly.

Barbecued Pork Chops
Mix all of above ingredients and set aside. Melt 3-4 Tbsp. fat in a heavy skillet, add 1 medium onion, chopped. Trim excess fat from 6 pork chops, wipe with a damp cloth.
