Cheese Fries
Another kid friendly recipe. On a baking sheet, prepare potatoes according to package directions. Push potatoes into a pile in center of baking sheet.

Skillet Sweet Potatoes
Place sweet potatoes in 12 inch skillet. Cover with boiling water. Cook, covered, for 10 minutes or until sweet potatoes are tender, drain well. Meanwhile, prepare sauce.

Creamed Dill Potatoes
Mild and light flavored potatoes in a cream sauce. Find a casserole bowl. Preheat the oven at 300 degrees F. If new potatoes, do not peel.

Potato Soup
In a large pot, place the cubed potatoes, onion, butter, salt and pepper together. Boil until the potatoes are tender. Mash the potatoes, in the pot, until they are chunky; do not drain the water.

Crash Potatoes
It's easy and a twist on mashed potatoes or french fries. The kids love it and so do adults! Bake potato till soft (I most of the time use my microwave for this).

Au Gratin Potatoes
Mix all ingredients together. Put in greased 9x13 inch pan. Cover with shredded cheese. Bake at 350 degrees F for 45 minutes to 1 hour.

Cheesy Potato Cassrole
Love this! Mix all of the ingredients together and microwave until the butter and cheese melts. Pour the mixture over the hash browns.
