I like to do a "batch" of these up at one time, then use them in different ways for several days. I might use them in wraps, stir fries, salads, Caesar salad, my husband likes them with good old fries.

I found this at Taste of Home but tweaked the recipe just a bit. Mix marinade ingredients in a large baking dish, add chicken wings, toss wings well, cover and refrigerate for about eight hours, tossing once or twice.

I have several cans of cooked chicken. What can I do with already cooked chicken other than salad? I want something hot for winter months. Thanks.

Mmm, mmm good! You can also opt to not separate at the joints and remove wing tips if you choose. Preheat oven to 425 degrees F. Melt butter in small saucepan, add garlic and stir. Turn off heat.

A nice combination of sweet citrus and pungent ginger. In a small bowl, combine all ingredients except for the chicken. Place chicken in a single layer in an 11x7 inch baking dish. Spoon one half of the marinade over the top of the chicken.

Whisk 1/4 cup pepper sauce, oil, garlic and pepper in a large bowl until blended. Add chicken and toss to coat. Cover and marinate in refrigerator, for 4 hours if possible, even better overnight, turning bag occasionally.
