Mom's Cherry Salad
My mother used to make what we all called Cherry Salad. Unfortunately it is one of those things I never learned to make and now she's gone.

Taco Salad
Brown ground beef. Drain fat. Stir in seasoning mix and water. Heat to boiling; reduce heat and simmer, uncovered, 15-20 minutes. Stir occasionally.

Potato Salad
Add potatoes and salt to 1 qt. boiling water; return to boil. Cover; cook 2 minutes or until tender. Drain thoroughly. Combine remaining ingredients; mix well.

Cherry Orange Salad
Mix all ingredients well and let stand overnight in refrigerator.

Pea Salad
Bring dressing ingredients to a boil. Pour over mixed veggies. Add a dash of paprika. Cook until veggies are tender, refrigerate.

Traditional Greek Salad
This is the way my Papa (Grampa) from Greece would make a salad and would occasionally toss in a few pitted Kalamata olives, too ;-)

Broccoli Chicken Salad
Excellent way to use up leftover chicken and other ingredients we often have in the kitchen. Last night I wanted to use up broccoli stems and had some cubed canned chicken a neighbor gave me. I actually liked using the stems more than the florets

Cranberry Salad
Sprinkle the 2 cups sugar over the ground cranberries and apples and let stand one hour. Dissolve lemon gelatin and the orange gelatin in 2 cups boiling water and add the cranberry mixture.

Last Minute Fruit Salad
Prepare whipped topping according to directions on package. Fold in remaining ingredients and chill.

Mix all ingredients in large bowl, toss together and refrigerate overnight. Keeps for days.
