Simple, cheap, and easy. Cook potatoes, drain, mash. Line buttered dish with mashed potatoes. Drain can of salmon and remove any bones or skin. Make white sauce and stir in one egg yolk.

| Cream Shrimp Sauce

In a small fry pan, combine the half-and-half and garlic over low heat. When it begins to bubble, but not boil, add the butter and shrimp and simmer for just about 2 minutes.

| Oyster Stew
|
|
Melt butter in top of a double boiler. Add the oysters and bring to the boiling point, but do not permit them to boil. Add milk and cream. Continue heating. When the oysters come to the surface the soup is done.

| Sea Food Tacos

Place in sauce pan. Simmer for 15 minutes. Ladle approximately 2 oz into soft taco shell. Serve with Tabasco and fresh lemon slice on the side.

I can't afford Crab at today's prices, but I can buy frozen raw shrimp meat cheaply. I have used salmon instead of shrimp, and it is just as good.

| Soured Cream Prawns
|
|
Butter four ramekin dishes and divide the shrimps among them. Season well with black pepper. Combine the egg yolk and soured cream and spoon over the shrimps. Dot with the remaining butter Microwave all 4 ramekins together on Power 4, or Simmer for 7-8 minutes.

| Garlic Lime Shrimp

In a large skillet, saute the shrimp, garlic, salt and cayenne in butter until the shrimp turn pink, about 5 minutes. Stir in lime juice and parsley. Serve over pasta.
