Fried Red Tomatoes
Personally I don't care for Fried Green Tomatoes, unless we're talking about the movie Fried Green Tomatoes. Here's a Red Fried Tomatoes recipe I came up.

Pepper Relish
Grind peppers and onions. drain off juice. Mix ground or powdered mustard with vinegar. Mix all ingredients together and cook for 1/2 hour.

Peas and Potatoes
Cook peas and potatoes separately in salt water until soft, and almost dry. Combine. Add cream and butter.

Sautéed Greens for Two
This is a 'put your hand on your tummy and rub to show it's yummy' recipe. Heat a large pot over high heat until hot. Add the olive oil. Add the garlic and cook for a few seconds until it is golden.

Place beans in buttered baking dish. Add cubed cheese. Dilute soup with liquid; add salt.

Green Beans Curry
A curry you can eat with rice. Healthy meal. Heat a shallow pan and add oil. When heated, fry the onion then add the mustard seeds and jeera.

Zucchini Casserole
Cook the zucchini and mash it after it is cooked. Mix the soup, evaporated milk, eggs, crackers, sage, onion, mushrooms and pepper together.
