These cute thumb print turkeys make great place cards or note cards. You can use stamp pads or acrylic paint, whichever you have on hand. I used acrylic paint for mine.
The kids will love making these turkeys from their handprints, and very few supplies are needed. They can be used for decorations or glued to a piece of card stock to create Thanksgiving cards for family and friends.
The leaves are changing colors on the trees! What a perfect time to make a personalized Fall place mat for your little ones! We made these last year and the leaf colors aren't as vibrant as they had been when we first made them. We may have to sneak out and grab some new leaves and make another set this year.
I found some turkeys made of pine cones in a craft store, I added orange yarn, glued on leaves with guests names on them and used them for place settings. Everyone LOVED them and they were so easy to put together. They looked so cute on the table.
Easy to make Tootsie Pop Turkeys. We made these at my son's school to be used as place cards for their Thanksgiving Feast. They would be perfect for both a school party or placed around the 'kid's table' for your Thanksgiving meal at home!
Turkey place holder or napkin holder for kids. Take paper towel tube and cut off a 4 inch piece and then cut another 2 1/2 inch piece. Using marker, I painted the body on the tubes. You can use felt to cover or paint.
A few craft feathers makes this a fun project to make and wear. Cut a half circle of orange paper. Tape or glue craft feathers along the back of the curved edge.
