Process Leftover Roast and Vegetables
No one at my home likes dark meat or leftovers for that matter. I learned to get around that by taking leftover dark meat, or any leftover vegetables from a roast, and throwing them in the food processor. This is a great way to "fool" the family, and add flavor at the same time.

Leftover Rice
We made too much rice for our dinner, and had a lot left over. Rather than waste it, I put it into portions in freezer bags. I tied a knot half way-up after squeezing the air out, and put it in the refrigerator.

Using Your Leftover Vegetables
I receive a lot of praise over my varied and really good "homemade" vegetable soup. The way I get the ingredients for my soup is after each meal, instead of putting my left over vegetables (even if it is only a tablespoon) in the refrigerator, I do this.

Uses for Leftover Ambrosia Fruit Salad
What can I make with leftover ambrosia fruit salad? I have a large margarine tub full of it that has been lounging in my freezer and I'm getting tired of it taking up space. My husband doesn't like it and it's too much to eat by myself, so I need some ideas for something that both of us might like.

Serve Leftover Spaghetti In Taco Shells
I had left over spaghetti, from the day before. I mashed up the spaghetti with a potato masher and I put into a pot to heat up. I added a little more spaghetti sauce to prevent dryness. I added a pack of mozzarella cheese and 1/2 pack of cheddar cheese.

Using Leftover Hot Dog Buns
I always have a lot of extra buns left over because hot dogs come in packs of 10 and buns in packs of 8. To use those extra buns, I made garlic bread on them because I was out of bread.

Recipes Using Leftover Chips
What do you do with the broken corn chips at the bottom of the bag? I'm sick of throwing them out into the compost. Sometimes half the bag seems to be crumbs. I've tried crushing them and adding them to my bread baking, but I don't like the final result.
