Pineapple Dessert With Soda Cracker Crust Recipe

I am looking for a Pineapple dessert with a soda cracker crust. It was in a Ramsey County MN 4 H cookbook about 30-35 years ago. I lost the book and miss the dessert. Thanks for any help.
