Crocheted Afghan Pattern

Several years ago I crochet an afghan, unfortunately I can't find a pattern for it now. It was made of individual strips, joined with a single crochet but each strip had a ruffle on it. Would anyone who does crocheting have this pattern or know where I can get it.
