Fried Chicken Tenders

Ingredients

  • 1 package boneless skinless chicken tenders
  • Ready Made Pancake Mix

Directions

Wash chicken thoroughly. Roll chicken in dry pancake batter, fry until golden brown. Very crispy, cheap, and super easy! I have never baked these, it might work just as well.
