Mystic Chai Tea Mix Recipe

I am looking for a mystic chai tea mix recipe. I had a real close recipe to make this mix but I can't find it, it uses unsweetened tea, powdered milk, vanilla flavored coffee creamer, but i cant remember the quantities or other ingredients, anyone have this recipe?
