Volunteer Poem Given with Votive Candle

About 10 years ago I received a volunteer gift. It was a clear votive cup with a candle in it. Someone had glued rhinestones to the outside of the votive. A poem was included, something about being a shining volunteer. I have lost the poem and I am wanting to make these up for volunteers. Does anyone have the poem or something similar?
