Removing Blood Stains From Fake Fur

Does anyone know a way to get blood out of fake fur? It's 75% acryilic, 25% wool with a cotton back and is machine washable. It's not a big stain and not too deep either-my nose just suddenly started gushing with blood and I couldn't move it out of the way quick enough! Any help is appreciated greatly,
