Pumpkin MousseIngredients
DirectionsMix pudding and milk until thick. Add pumpkin and spice. Fold in Cool Whip. Layer over graham cracker crust. Chill at least 2 hours. Refrigerate any leftovers. Great anytime of the year, not just for Thanksgiving or Halloween holiday get togethers. This can be, also, served from a bowl, without the crust, as a salad.*Butterscotch flavored pudding mix can be substituted. Either variety: Regular or Sugarfree pudding mixes can be used, as well as the regular or sugarfree whipped topping, both depending on your liking or dieting. Enjoy! By Terri from NV |
