Human Urine Stains

I can't seem to find much info about human urine. During our awful ice storm my elderly mother-in-law stayed with us and wet on my sofa, no amount of cleaning is helping the smell. What will take out the smell. I paid $132.00 to have it cleaned and it stinks!
