Looking For Bill Me Later, Same as Cash and Payment Plan Sites

I have tried Fingerhut a couple of months ago, I tried a couple of other sites like that but I can't find any more, does anyone know any sites that I can use? I have bad credit so if they do a credit check they won't send me items. Any sites that have 3 months deferred payment or something like that would be good,
