Ionic Cell Cleansing Foot Bath

Have any of you ever done an 'Ionic Cell Cleansing Foot Bath'? A new business just opened up here in the small town I live in. They do Ionic Cell Cleansing, which they say can rid the body of toxins, etc. It costs $30.00 for a 30 minute treatment. Not very thrifty, that is for sure. I was wondering if anyone knew if this is some kind of quackery or scam or if this is some kind of legitimate alternative medical treatment?
