Looking For Information About Self Adhesive Glass Block Decorations

I am still having trouble finding out about self adhesive (wallies?)or other cut outs to put on lighted glass blocks. Once I place it on the block, do I need to spray something over it to help it stay? Someone who has knowledge of this please email me.
