Be Aware Where Your Christmas Goodies Are Manufactured

While shopping recently for peppermint candy canes to crush up and use in my holiday baking goodies. I searched several stores in my area, looking for U.S. made of these particular candies. Every candy cane, I found in Walgreen's was made in Mexico. Every candy cane, I found in CVS was made in China!! I didn't then and still haven't purchased any peppermint candy canes.

But the point, I'm trying to make is if we were all scared of the dog food China was producing and killing our pets, all the plastics and other products China was producing, making folks sick, shouldn't be be also concerned about the candies, etc., that we're putting in our mouths come holiday time, etc.? Start turning over those cans, boxes, etc. read those labels!
