Cat Pee Smell on a Couch

Help! I've been given a beige velour sofa by my nephew and he has two cats at home. The sofa is lovely, if a bit dusty, but it STINKS of cats! I cant take it outside because its too heavy for me-it needs a GOOD CLEAN but what do I clean it with so its not niffy and spruced up a bit?
