Make Cat Toys Out of Recycled MaterialsTake thesame empty tube and place in an old tube sock (lots of those around since washer and dryer eat matches daily), a pinch of catnip and a jingle bell. Close tight with a rubber band or string and fold top down to cover closure. They love hugging and attacking this one, so be sure to check for signs of wear and to make sure closure stays secure.
