Cleaning Textured Wallpaper

We have 30 year old wallpaper that is not in too bad of condition. We tiled our kitchen floor and now looking at the wall paper, we're thinking of changing it or maybe someone out there knows a good cleaning agent to use, it's textured! Help! My mom is coming for a visit in May and I want to have it finished by then. Any solutions?
