Recycling CD Jewel Cases

I have sent this request once before. I was wondering if there is anyone that is aware of a store, organization, or recycling center that will take old CD Jewel cases. I have a ton of them from CDs and we do not use them since we have caselogic CD wallets for the car. If anyone has any feedback on this let me know! I am at the point now where the donation could be for cash or simply for a donation.

Thank you!
Kimberly from Clevelnad, OH

RE: Recycling CD Jewel Cases

oh those cases are great for lots of stuff I would
use them for photos or recipes and schools can
use them for crafts. I cut some pretty flower pics
from magazines then put them in cases and put them up on blank spot of wall i like it.

RE: Recycling CD Jewel Cases

Have you tried "Freecycle.com".........someone, somewhere would be able to make good use of your CD Cases.......it's a shame to throw anything out! Cheers, Katie from OZ :)

RE: Getting Rid of CD Jewel Cases

Call your local library and see if they can use them. Our library lends out CDs, and I notice many of the cases are cracked and otherwise in bad shape.

E(:-)Greetings: Have you considered selling them on one of those online auctions like E-bay?

Sometimes small music stores will pay you something like $1.oo for each of them.

Archived Request: Getting Rid of CD Jewel Cases

We purchased a CD organizer that does not use the plastic jewel cases that the CD's come in. Does anyone know of any way to recycle these? Do schools or libraries need these? I hate to just throw them away if someone else could put them to use. I have 100+.

Thanks.
Jana
