Handmade Adult Wipes

Does anyone have a recipe for Adult bathroom wipes? I am caring for an elderly relative and the store brands are extremely expensive. Thank you!

RE: Handmade Adult Wipes

I use

1/4 c feminine wash
1/4 c body oil and
1/4 c witchhazel to
3 cups water

mix well and pour over 1/2 of a paper towel roll. Let sit until all liquid is absorbed. I keep mine in a plastic container with an X cut in top. Pull out the paper roll in center and then feed through the X from the middle....It works great....I like Viva paper towels the best. I use my electric knife to cut the towels in half...

If you do them like the homemade baby wipes...Tucks are made with Witchhazel, less than a dollar by the astringents & face scrubs. Use boiled water to prevent mildew and keep it sterile.

RE: Handmade Adult Wipes

I would make them exactly the same as I would baby wipes. There are recipes and directions many places online. One site that gives good clear directions is: http://allsands.com/Kids/babywipeshome_vav_gn.htm">http://allsands.com/Kids/babywipeshome_vav_gn.htm?-session=ThriftyFun:1C26964885396564F921D33FF601FA06
or just do a search for Homemade baby wipes I got over 1200 responses.
