Unfiltered Apple Cider Is Better For You

When purchasing apple cider vinegar for cooking, read the label to make sure that it is made using the whole apple and unfiltered. If not, the vinegar is not as high of quality and precious nutrients will be missing. The best place to buy unfiltered apple cider vinegar is at the health food store such as V.P. I 'think' Trader Joe's ACV is pasteurized, where Bragg's is not... You can save some $$ by buying Bragg's in the Gallon size.. I've been drinking 2-3oz of Braggs ACV to 24oz of water daily at work for the past 5-6 years..but you have to be careful with breath issues during conversations.... :)

Trader Joe's carries an alternative to Braggs, which is a big name in unfiltered Apple Cider. If you Google Apple cider vinegar you will also find a lot of ways you can use it.

Don't forget to shake it, you need the mother in there to make it worth your while!
