Raw Apple Cake

Ingredients:

  • 1/4 cup butter or margarine
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1 tsp. nutmeg
  • 1 1/2 cup grated raw apples
  • 1/2 cup raisins
  • 1/2 cup chopped nuts

Directions:

Cream butter and sugar; add egg and sifted dry ingredients. Add apples, nuts and raisins. Bake in buttered cake pan, 9x13 inches, for 50-60 minutes at 350 degrees F.
