Good Afternoon, i have a pertnet question about the repair of my certain favorite cap. It happens to be an old and no longer avalible Callaway baseball type cap- I made the mistake of washing it in the washingmachine, and hence bill has frade on edge.-I am quite upset and perhaps there is a quick repair of sorts I could learn about, Thank you- Smokey24

When it comes to drying, in order for it to come out wrinkle free, check out this new item I found at www.hatnoodle.com I have a couple of these hatnoodles and they work great........

have to buy a plastic cap form. place cap on it. now this may sound strange but you'll be cleaning it or them in the dish washer not the washing machine. use dish washing soap (ex. with Dawn in it to remove the stains) not laundry soap (to many suds) run on light load.

Put the cap in the top shelf of your dishwasher!
If the stains are bad on the rim rub first with a spot cleaner.

I used to have a form for washing baseball caps in the washing machine - I suppose you could use that on the gentle cool cycle - but don't use a dryer to dry it or it will shrink - air dry. (And put some vinegar on the sweat stains first to treat them.) My husband just gets his wet - so you could hand wash it with woolite or some similar soap and dry on a ball of newspaper or other form.
