Crispy Reheated Pizza

Heat up leftover pizza in a non-stick skillet on top of the stove. Set heat to med-low and heat until warm. This keeps the crust crispy. No soggy micro pizza. I saw this on the cooking channel and it really works.

Also ,use your pizza stone that has been preheated to keep the crust crispy.

Wow!! I have got to try this for sure. I have never liked our leftover pizza very well and this should take care of that!! Thanks for writing in.

RE: Crispy Reheated Pizza

We reheat pizza in the toaster-oven, on the toast setting, warms it without making the crust soggy. Doesn't burn it unless you're not paying attention!

It does work very well. If you like pan pizza, especially Chicago style, drizzle a very small amount of olive oil in the pan before you put the pizza in.
