How do I get moth ball smell out of a mohair sweater?

I get really good results getting rid of clothing odors by hanging the article (on a clothes hanger) outside in a shaded, airy place on a nice day. It usually just takes one day, but mothballs may take longer. With that odor, I'd turn the articles inside out and air again after most of the odor has gone.
