HI Annie,
If you put in your search engine(Yahoo, Google,etc) Diabetic Recipes you will get a base for getting recipes for diabetics. In some of those, you will have to send in to buy some but for the most part, you can download a lot. Also, if you are on a salt-restrictive diet, use onion powder, garlic powder, black pepper, white pepper, paprika as a base to season your dishes.
