Tongue Depressor SanderBy ThriftyFun Feedback About This Post:RE: Tongue Depressor SanderNo need to go through all that. You can go to any beauty supply store or dollar store and find small emery board including spongy ones for small spaces. While your there grab a bag of cosmetic wedges (sponges). by clipping on a clothes pin you have an instant disposable sponge brush for painting etc. Leaves a great finish and handy for small jobs Post By handylady (Guest Post) RE: Tongue Depressor SanderTo make a better tongue depressor sander, instead of gluing the sandpaper to the tongue depressor go to an automotive or maybe a hardware store and buy sandpaper that already has the glue attached to the sandpaper.3M Co. and others have had pre glued sandpaper available for years.Makes a smoother sanding surface as well.
