Making Regular (Baked) Bread in a Bread MachineTricia Feedback About This Post:RE: Making Regular (Baked) Bread in a Bread MachineI make mine like this ,I use 2 bread machines though so that I can bake 2 at one time,[also a saving by not baking one at a time], the bread makers will last longer too when they are just used on the dough setting, my daughter's bread machine [ newer than my 2 ] burned out months ago! sometimes I make one of them currant bread, or cinnamon nut bread. & I always put 2 to 3 teasp of lemon juice in with the water - makes a much lighter loaf. Post by savedone RE: Making Regular (Baked) Bread in a Bread MachineJust use the dough setting of the machine. This is a shorter cycle than one which bakes, so don't leave your dough in the machine once it is done. Shape into a loaf and place the bread in a pan, let rise, bake in the oven. Look into bread recipes for the correct oven temp and time. Post By amanda (Guest Post) RE: Making Regular (Baked) Bread in a Bread Machine
