Making Stuffed Peppers

I use my jumbo muffin pan when I make stuffed peppers. Each muffin container is just the right size to hold a delicious stuffed pepper without it tipping over. My jumbo muffin pan holds 6 stuffed bell peppers very nicely!

RE: Making Stuffed Peppers

That's a great idea! Do you just par bake them then, until they firm up and transfer them into a pan where you can allow them to meld with the juices and utilize the juice as a part of your sauce mix? Or am I missing the point here and you can sauce them in their own little nest?
