Sheets for a Porta-crib

Does anyone know where to get Porta-crib sheets?

This works great with very old "grown up" sheets which have been laundered to heavenly softness. You can get more than one porta crib or regular crib sheet sheet from one of these.

Doris,
Is it the same size as a pack-n-play? If so, I got the sheet at Babies R Us.

If you cannot find a sheet, make your own! You can simply make a "pillowcase" sized to fit the mattress tightly, and slide the mattress in. Give yourself extra length to fold over so it does not slip out the end. Use a soft flat sheet or flannel sheet as your material.

If you are handy with elastic, you can also make a fitted sheet. Measure the top of the mattress, and the thickness. Add the length plus 2x thickness, and width plus 2x thickness. Add another 2 inches to both the length and width for hemming, and cut a big rectangle.

From each corner of the rectangle, cut out a square equal to the depth of the mattress plus one inch (4 inch thick mattress cut a square that is 5 inches by 5 inches)

Match the cut edges, and stitch a vertical seam that will form the corners of your fitted sheet.

Turn up a hem all the way around the bottom.

Cut elastic for the corners and stitch it in place to keep your sheet snug on the mattress.

Hope this works for you!
