Scrape with a spatula, then use newspaper (3 layers) Post By ardis ilene barnes (Guest Post) RE: WaxI was told by my sister that, Avon "Skin so Soft" will take wax and gum from carpets along with many, many other different uses! Post By Donna (Guest Post) RE: WaxI cleaned the wax off the carpet at our church using the papertowel and iron method. It really works! Post by emain RE: WaxAll i do is put a newspaper over the spot & use a hot iron but you have too remember too keep moveing the newspaper cause it is the newspaper that soaks up the wax. Post By Joyce (Guest Post) RE: WaxYou can put a piece of paper down over the candle wax or even paper towel and then put the iron on the lowest setting and go over it. The iron melts the wax and attaches it to your towel. Just don't let iron sit there for long time. Keep using clean cloths until it all comes up. This work on my carpet! Post By Peggy (Guest Post) |
