Hi, I have a full blooded chi and live in Mcrae GA, and other than the nose on yours being a little longer, They are twins. I would say full chi.

I think you're probably on the money with Chihuahua mix. I have a pup that looks a lot like yours, from the pound, and she's a chihuahua-schnauzer-terrier mix of some sort. Really long legs, little head. Great pet, though!
