Using Foam Brushes To Refinish Tub

Why can you not use foam paint brushes to apply tub refinisher?

RE: Using Foam Brushes To Refinish Tub

Foam brushes leave a little 'air pocket' in which the water will sit in after you drain your tub. This is where it will peal first and likely leave a bigger mess than you started with, especially if you are using a different colour paint. It is best to use a spray gun. I've used Krylon paint with great success. Good luck.
