I took your respective advices.....well, almost. I seem to have gotten carried away with the cotton ball saturated with polish remover with acetate. I think MY idea of "not too hard, or not too long" wasn't as you suggested! I could go into detail as to what happened; however, I agree that a picture is worth a 1,000 words. Attached is my 1,000 words!!! It's healing nicely. A while back, I could put my hand over my eyes and STILL watch TV thru the hole!

Okay, so by accident I poured crazy glue, well actually nail glue all over my sink. Does anyone know how to get rid of it? It's like all white and wont come off! If you scrub it then the paint will go with it, HELP!

I was trying to glue the leg back on a porcelin horse of mine, and to my dismay I glued my thumb, first finger to it as well. I tried the nail polish remover, all that did was make my skin white in parts (like taking off a band-aide does), so tried the olive oil. That worked very well, and not only that it didn't wreck my skin.

Hi Tracy in NH, I was born and raised in Wakefield, MA so my sympathies are with you being in cold, but blessed with the sights of beautiful, New Hampshire! Thanks for taking the time to share your uncle's experience with me. As I stated, using the fingernail polish remover (with acetone) as suggested by "Luvyabye", did an excellent job of removing JUST the Krazy Glue gel from my hand. Fortunately, no amputation was necessary! I hope your uncle was as fortunate!

My uncle did that once, glued his fingers together actually. I don't know how he removed it, but I know he called the poison control center and they had some ideas.
