Chipotle Chili Chicken

Ingredients

  • 1 lb. chicken breast
  • 1/2 cup mayo
  • 1/8 cup salsa
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1 Tbsp. lime
  • 1 Tbsp. oil
  • 1 tsp. cumin
  • 1 tsp. minced garlic

Directions

Combine water, mayo, salsa, juice and cumin into a bowl. Heat oil in skillet, cook chicken until no longer pink. Stir in garlic, then mayo mixture into skillet. Simmer for 2 mins.

Serve with spanish rice and kernel corn and salsa mixed together.

Are there anymissing ingredients? The recipe is called chipotle chili chicken, but there is neither chipotle peppers or chilies in it.

Editor's Note: The salsa called for must be chipotle salsa.
