Removing Bits of Yolk From Egg Whites

If you need to remove a little bit of yolk from egg whites all you have to do is dip a damp paper towel into the whites. The yolk should cling to the paper towel.

If you take the shell and pick up the yolk with it there will be no more. Egg's like to go back into their shells. Any spot you can just dip the shell back into the spot and yes its back in its home the shell.
