Swapping Clothing With Other MomsBy Deanna Feedback About This Post:Trading Clothing
When our children were small, one of the best ways we saved on money was to trade clothing with friends. When ours outgrew something, we passed it on to someone else and others did likewise for us. Children grow so fast and their clothes are so expensive. We saved hundreds, if not thousands of dollars doing this! Post by ThriftyFun RE: Swapping Clothing With Other MomsThis is what our family did also. There were 3 boy cousins - one 2 years older, the other a few months younger than our son, and smaller framed. The oldest would pass on to my son, then my son would pass on to the smaller one. Our daughters were each 2 years apart from each other - 3 of them - and we did the same with them. The great part now is that my daughter and I wear the same size - 3 to 5 - so we're always swapping clothes with each other! Post by Jenzo |
