Pantyhose Soap Scruffy!

Another use for pantyhose. Cut foot portion of several old pantyhose about 6" from toe, put one inside the other so you have a multi-layered sack, fill with soap scraps and rubber band to close. The ends act as a scruffy! Refill over and over with more soap bits.
