Polyester Rag Rug

I was hoping that someone had instructions on how to make a polyester rag rug. The strips are made from old polyester clothing, but I need the instructions. A friend was given one as a gift and I loved it. Thanks in advance.

You could try http://www.bellaonline.com for rag rug instructions, also there is a yahoo group called ragrugs that you could join!
