Craft Project: 3D Snowflakes
Supplies:
Instructions:You can use different types of paper to make these snowflakes. If you are using an 8 1/2 x 11 inch piece of paper, fold the paper in half lengthwise and cut in half so you are left with a 4 1/4 x 11 inch strip of paper. You could also use a similar size piece of wax paper or tissue paper. I found that the lighter the material the easier to hole punch.Fan fold the paper using the shorter edge. Once it is all folded, put a staple in the middle. Use scissors to trim the two edges if you wish. Make it rounded, cut off to form a point, make another design, or leave it the way it is. Every snowflake is unique! Use a hole punch to make a design of holes all over. I had two different size hole punches. When you are finished adding design, fan out the two sides to form a circle and tape together. These are beautiful hung in a window or from the ceiling! Enjoy this last bit of winter season.
