I like this idea. Will they ripen just as quickly, and can you tell when they are ripe through the paper bag? I just put those onion bags over the bunches and for bigger bunches I use the proper netting and wrap it all over. I want to graft my vines this year. I have 6 vines of Isabella, (a Lambrusco variety) and this year I want to graft pinnot noir and shiraz onto the vines I have. Any hints about grafting grapes?
