Giving Ear Drops to a Dog

My dog needs to have ear drops in both ears. I am looking for a way to hold the dog and do ear drops alone. Any suggestions?

Whichever way you do it, make sure to reward your dog with a special treat. Something that he likes the most. I have a border collie and he will do anything for a ball. Good luck
