I have a win fax program 10.0 and I have magic jack. I am trying to fax out by using both ,I can not. Would you please instruct me how do it?, if you might know.

Hey,

If you go from the magicjack and plug into your modem in your computer, then use windows fax and scan and it works fantastic. This has cleared up all my issues.
