Removing Red Candle Stain from Microwave

Is there anything that will take the stain from a red candle off my white microwave appliance. I have the wax removed but it left the stain. Thanks for any help you can give me.

Hi - We tried a few different things to get red candle wax off of our microwave, but what ended up working the best was nail polish remover.

the mr clean pen works i just tried it on a red candle stain on my bath its gone

I make candles and sometimes accidently get some of the candle dye on the counter where I work. I use a Mr. Clean Magic Eraser and the color comes right off.

I would use a paste made of water and baking soda especially if it's inside the microwave .. bleach will work too but I'd be worried about the fumes inside the oven!

A white paper towel saturated with a water/bleach mixture should do the trick. This has worked very well to remove stains from my light colored countertops. I soak the towel and lay it on the stain checking on it every 5-10 minutes until the discoloration is gone.
