Use "GooGone". It is wonderful stuff and you can get it just about everywhere. Removes stickers, gummy messes, crayon marks, grease, tar, tape, etc.

Try some WD40 on it. That should take the sticky out and then you can use dish washing detergent to take the oily spot out.
